The idea

The expertise needed to solve complex challenges is almost always already in the room. What is usually missing is a process that starts with the right question, holds space for diverse ideas and perspectives, and ends with tangible outcomes and owners.
Boss Collaborative brings the process. The room brings the expertise. The design is what gets the two working together.

Founder
Annemarie Boss
Annemarie is a facilitator, strategist, and creative solutionist who helps teams tackle big, messy, meaningful challenges with more clarity, creativity, and collaboration. From rocket scientists (literally) to city leaders, educators, and innovators, she designs workshops that produce real, usable results.
Alongside Boss Collaborative she serves as Lead Facilitator and Project Manager with Knowinnovation and Renaissance Teams, and as Lead Facilitator with Collaborative Labs at St. Petersburg College, where she leads strategic planning engagements for government, nonprofit and corporate clients.
She co-leads the Tampa Bay Facilitation Lab in partnership with the Dalí Museum, and serves on the Board of Trustees of the Creative Education Foundation.
